As soon as I take it, 30 minutes later my stomach starts to growl like I haven't eaten anything all day!! It boosts your appetite while decreasing your metabolism a bit to help you gain weight. I've been on it for three weeks and already eating more than I ever expected. I currently weigh 103 pounds (Have a fast metabolism) and my goal is to gain 15-20 pounds eating healthy, of course because I want to gain muscle and not fat!
