I have ordered this twice from Amazon. In the first shipment, two of the containers had opened and spilled their contents. In the second, there were four failures. This review is from: CytoSport Muscle Milk Ready-to-Drink Shake, Chocolate, 11 Ounce Boxes in 4-Count Packages (Pack of 6) (Health and Beauty) If you are looking at the particular nutrition profile of a Muscle Milk protein shake, then I'd say this is the brand to buy. Great taste, warm or cold, and supplies a decent amount of protein for a pre-workout shake. You may want a casein/whey blend for post-workout. At .75 dollars per shake, this is a decent deal. Any more and you should just blend your own from MM powder.
