When they arrived i quickly made a shake using cold milk and i was COMPLETLEY BLOWN AWAY!!!!. IT TASTED AMAZING!!!!!. The shakes also provide u with alot of energy so i have one pre-work out and post-work out. Since they intentionally avoid hiding this information (isn't that illegal?), even on their website, I'm assuming it's packed with sugar as the main ingredient. Theoretically, you can make the same thing by mixing a bag of cake batter with a lean protein supplement. Or even mixing a few cans of coke with your protein powder. Of course that would be crazy, but I wouldn't be surprised if the sugar/simple carb content was similar to the Russian Bear 5000 product. In addition to carb content, one of the most important things to look for in a weight gainer/protein supplement is the amount of sugar it contains. You cannot know the type to carbs...
