You really cannot compare this product to any other multivitamin on the market. The amino acid blend in these pills almost push it into the category of a workout supplement instead of just nutritional vitamin. If you are involved in any type of strenuous exercise, you will need to increase your glutamine intake, 500 Grams (1.1 Lbs) L Glutamine Bulk Powder for it help with endurance, recovery, etc. but the rest of the blend seems to be exactly what's needed for the average healthy individual to enhance their health and well being quite significantly. Here is the laundry list of changes i noticed.Noticeable changes to body: -Bright Urine -Less Acne -Better Immune System (before i started taking these, if i felt like i was on the verge of getting sick, i would.
