The powder is a lot cheaper than buying the capsules, and if you mix it with ovaltine it works well. A tablespoon or two will make you feel warm and 'pumped', along with generally seeming to help healing time. Some people get migraines/headaches if they step up the dose too quickly, just keep that in mind. I'm talking 100% pure, unadulterated cranberry juice. You know... The stuff that's so strong you usually can't drink it straight. I put just enough in the glass so that I can swirl the arginine around without it clumping. Then down the hatch. Works great! I recommend Lakewood Cranberry juice. It helps fight against mindless snacking urges as well as gives me a huge boost in energy. I take it for the caffiene to help me survive these college semesters and also since caffiene is a very effective treatment for ADD. For people that have ADD, this product WILL affect you differently than it does the normal person; because of this I have never experienced any jitters. When I called Isatori, I believe the company representative told me that it was 1 dosage of this that had 150 mg of caffiene. I strongly encourage anyone who buys this to start off your dosage small and work your way up, don't start big and try to work down to a smaller dose! 1 to 2 pills once a day in the morning would be a good start. I have tried Lipo 6, Lipo 6x, Hydroxycut, and Hydroxycut hardcore, they are good, but this one I like it better as it has the same good energy boots, extra heat in your body and without any energy crash which was a negative thing with the others I tried.
