Cycles of 3 weeks on and 1 week off of it, which should give you optimal results. This stuff is also shown in studies to reduce fat, which is believable because the more muscle it helps you build the easier it is for you to lose fat. However, if you are looking for the "magic" pill, then this isn't it, its best for you to look elsewhere. As with any bodybuilding supplement, you will need to provide your muscles with good stimulus in order for them to grow. For those who simply want to look cut and not bulky, try this:week 1,2,3,4--low rep, high set exercising(eg. up to 10 reps times 4 sets) on any exercise, make sure you lift 80% of your 1 rep max too. wekk 5,6,7--high rep, high set exercising(eg. up to 25 reps times 4-5 sets), and add cardio(about 3 to 4 miles everyday on treadmill, with incline on 1.5--only 1 break...
