I read it has about 300 mg of caffeine, roughly 3 cups of coffee. If you need motivation to get to the gym, this is for you. I just finished working out and I still have way too much energy. If you take it, make sure you go to the gym. I would not advise taking it too close to bedtime. I suppose it would have less effect on someone that drinks a lot of coffee.It does not make me jittery, which is good. It tastes good for a supplement and does not seem to upset my stomach like other products. My only concern is that eventually I will become tolerant to the caffeine and will start to need it to work out as it is definitely nice to have so much energy and be able to lift weights so much more easily. I might try half next time.
