BE VERY AFRAID!!, By This review is from: GlowFusion Micro-Nutrient Face and Body Natural Protein Tan Enhancing Emulsion 5oz (147.85ml) (Health and Beauty) I normally don't review products, but this one is so truely awful that I feel I must save the world! One star is being WAY to generous. I am on Italian descent so I tan easily and very prettily. HOWEVER, I also understand what the sun can do and chose not to sunbake in my backyard. I decided to "test" this product for my upcoming nuptuals. Number one: Remember QT from the 70's and 80's? This product is HIGHLY comparable to the fake, radioactive orange color. Number two: The smell....dirty socks mixed 'n moonshine. Number three: Streaky and blotchy...I did what I was supposed to....exfoliated, moisturized the tempermental parts and STILL ended up with streaks. I look like a piece of Fruit Stripe gum. I'm hoping it doesn't last the full 14 days, but since I only applied it on my calves once, and a lot seemed to come off after an exfoliating shower this morning, I'm hoping it's a myth and in the next 3 or 4 days I'll be... I am not seeing results. The positives: The product goes on smoothly and dries quickly. It's neither sticky nor thick, as some products of this type can be. However, at only 5-ounces, it's very easy to go through this bottle quickly, almost too quickly. Overall, for it's current, list price, I think there are better products out there. May be best used with other products in the line, but I wouldn't buy it again. |
